After production and inspected in good condition.  We will take pictures or videos for your inspection.		We will pack them well and place shipping marks according to your request. They will be stocked well before loading.

Q1: What is your MOQ?

A1: MOQ varies for different products, most of them are 5-10 units. For new customers who are doing business for the first time, we can reduce MOQ as needed.

Q2: How can I get the prices?

A2: You can send an inquiry and leave your contact information or contact us online, and our sales staff will contact you to send a quotation.

Q3: What is your payment method? 

A3: It is best to pay by T/T transfer, 30% in advance, 70% T/T balance before delivery.

Q4: What is your Trade Terms? 

A4: Generally EXW/ FOB GUANGZHOU

Q5：How long will it take to ship once confirm the order? 

A5: If there is stock, it can generally be shipped within 3 days after receiving the payment. If not, it will take about 10-30 days depending on your order product and quantity.

Q6: Do you offer samples service? 

A6: Due to the heavy weight of the machine and shipping costs are high. we can provide sample at customer's cost. But we can refund the sample cost at bulk order (container order).

Q7: How to ensure product quality?

A7:We have a professional QC team, and the machine will be tested before leaving the factory. All products have 1year after-sales service: including online communication,answering questions and free delivery of accessories.
