1. Working Principle
Compressed air drives the piston to reciprocate, which quantitatively draws and pushes the paste/viscous liquid from the hopper into the container. The filling volume is precisely controlled by adjusting the pneumatic stroke or throttling elements.
2. Usage Features
The stainless steel body is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, complying with food and pharmaceutical hygiene standards; foot pedal control enables single-person operation to improve filling efficiency; it is suitable for filling bottles, cans, bags and other containers, and can adapt to different material viscosities by replacing filling head accessories.
