This 130L aerating cake mixer is a core auxiliary system for high-volume baking production lines. Built entirely from food-grade 304 stainless steel, it integrates an intelligent touchscreen control system with a high-pressure aerating structure to deliver a seamless, all-in-one operation of batter mixing, aerating emulsification, constant-temperature storage, and automatic conveying.It gently whips cake batters, egg tart liquids, and choux pastry pastes, evenly incorporating air to prevent defoaming and separation.

1. Capacity & Casing Material

Features a standard 130L high-capacity mixing chamber engineered for continuous, high-volume production. The entire machine is crafted from integrated 304 brushed stainless steel with zero sanitary dead corners. It is highly resistant to grease, batters, and weak acidic residues, allowing for fast rinsing with clean water to strictly comply with food safety regulations.

2. Intelligent Aerating & Whipping System

Equipped with a built-in precision high-pressure aerating structure that evenly injects air into the batter during the mixing process. The whipping density remains highly stable and controllable, ensuring consistent fluffiness in the finished cakes. This completely solves the issues of uneven thickness and defoaming/collapse common in manual mixing, significantly boosting the qualification rate of the pastries.

3. Touchscreen Fully Automatic Operating System

The machine features a high-definition touchscreen interface that allows operators to set the mixing speed, aeration volume, constant-temperature holding duration, and discharge flow rate with a single touch. A three-color warning light provides real-time feedback on Standby / Running / Fault status, paired with a prominent emergency stop button for easy and safe operation.

4. Jacketed Constant-Temperature Storage Chamber

Designed with a jacketed constant-temperature insulation layer, the chamber maintains the batter's temperature after mixing. This effectively prevents the batter from defoaming or separating when sitting idle, ensuring a steady, continuous supply of material to the front-end depositing equipment for all-day assembly line operations.

5. Integrated Discharge & Conveying Piping

The elongated stainless steel elbow discharge structure ensures a smooth, clog-free flow. It can directly couple with vertical batter transfer pumps or multi-head cake depositors, realizing full automation from mixing to conveying and molding, eliminating the need for manual bucket-scooping and heavy lifting.

6. Mobile & Stable Base

The bottom is configured with universal swivel casters and adjustable leveling support feet, allowing the unit to be rolled effortlessly around the workshop. During production, lowering and locking the support feet firmly anchors the machine, ensuring zero shaking, ultra-stable operation, and low noise even during high-speed mixing.

A1: MOQ varies for different products, most of them are 5-10 units. For new customers who are doing business for the first time, we can reduce MOQ as needed.
